Free Fire Guest ID Disappeared After Reset Need Account Recovery

I was using a guest account in Free Fire on an Android phone, and after I restored my mobile device, my guest ID disappeared, and I completely lost access to my account. My Free Fire UID is 3189861934. This issue occurred approximately three years ago; since then, I have not been able to log back into this guest account. Within the game, there is an option to recover a guest account, but despite trying this option, it does not work, and I still cannot access my account. As far as I remember, when I previously contacted support, I was told that nothing could be done, which left me very disappointed because I had invested time and effort into this account. I kindly request that my Free Fire guest account with UID 3189861934 be fully recovered so that I can continue using it.
