I Request Review After Repeated Garena Free Fire Bans

I am a Free Fire player, and my account has been mistakenly banned for 7 days multiple times. My account is linked to UID 13705555045, and my in-game nickname is Faczeeyparf2. The first 7-day ban occurred last Wednesday while I was playing Battle Royale, and the second 7-day ban happened yesterday while I was playing Lone Wolf mode.

In both situations, the game froze briefly and then suddenly displayed a message stating that my account had been banned for 7 days, even though I did not do anything wrong. I play the game normally and do not use cheats, hacks, illegal tools, or any third-party applications.

I was not given any clear explanation for why this punishment was applied to my account. This situation has caused me a lot of stress because I genuinely enjoy the game and spend a significant amount of time playing it. I attempted to contact customer support from my phone, but the support page would not open, so I was unable to submit a ticket.

I kindly request that you urgently review my account activity and logs and remove the 7-day ban from my account (UID 13705555045, nickname: Faczeeyparf2), as I believe this ban was applied in error. I also ask that steps be taken to ensure this issue does not happen again in the future, as I cannot repeatedly lose access to the game due to a mistake that I did not cause.
