In both situations, the game froze briefly and then suddenly displayed a message stating that my account had been banned for 7 days, even though I did not do anything wrong. I play the game normally and do not use cheats, hacks, illegal tools, or any third-party applications.
I was not given any clear explanation for why this punishment was applied to my account. This situation has caused me a lot of stress because I genuinely enjoy the game and spend a significant amount of time playing it.
