I Lost Access to My Free Fire Guest Account After Phone Reset and Can't Recover It

I was using a guest account in Free Fire with the in‑game name “Rohit#pro#47” and UID 11429818261. A few months ago my phone was reset, and after reinstalling the game I lost access to this guest account and can no longer log in to it. The game now starts as a new account instead of opening my old one. This problem has been continuing for about 3–4 months. During this period I tried to contact support and sent a request to get help with recovering my account, but I have not received a solution and my old account is still inaccessible. I kindly request that my old guest account with UID 11429818261 and the nickname “Rohit#pro#47” be restored, or that you provide any possible way to recover it so I can continue playing from where I left off and avoid losing my progress.
