Free Fire ID Disappeared - Gmail Linked Account Lost

I play Garena Free Fire on an Android device and I am facing a serious problem with my account. My old Free Fire ID has disappeared and, after I got back access to my Gmail, I saw that my previous in‑game account was gone and a new one appeared instead. My old Free Fire account was linked to the Gmail address “nusrat3457***@gmail.com”. The game ID of this account was 2908594745, it was level 74 and the in‑game name was “Rahul gaming name change”. On 16 April, I noticed that I had lost access to this old ID and that a different account was showing up instead of my original one. I have already contacted Garena Free Fire customer support about this issue, but my problem has not been resolved. I kindly request that my old Free Fire ID be fully recovered and restored so that I can continue using my original account and all my previous progress. I ask you to review this situation urgently and help me get my old account back.
