I Got Wrongfully Reported in Free Fire After a Game Crash Froze My Screen

Today, while playing Free Fire, my screen suddenly froze mid-game, and I couldn’t take any action. I waited for a while hoping it would recover, but the issue didn’t resolve. Eventually, I had no choice but to close the app and restart the game.

However, when I returned, I discovered that I had been reported and penalized—which is completely unfair. The only reason I exited the game was due to a technical malfunction, not due to cheating or violating any rules.

I’ve been a dedicated player and would never do anything to harm the fairness of the game. I’m genuinely upset that I’ve been wrongfully accused because of a crash that was entirely out of my control.

I respectfully request that Garena’s Free Fire support team review this situation, lift the wrongful penalty, and clear my record. Please take this report seriously—technical issues should not be treated the same as misconduct.
