I’ve been playing Garena Free Fire regularly, following all the rules, and enjoying the game with my teammates. Suddenly, I received a notification stating that I violated the rules and was penalized for a “rule violation”. This is simply not true. I haven’t used any illegal tools, cheats, or exploited any bugs.
I was just playing normally like I always do, and everything was fine until now. There were no warnings, no signs of issues, and I didn’t do anything against the game’s policies. It’s really frustrating and unfair to be accused without explanation or evidence.
I kindly ask the Garena team to review my account thoroughly and remove this false penalty. I’ve invested time and energy into this game, and being wrongly punished kills the experience. Please resolve this as soon as possible—I deserve a fair review.
