My Free Fire account was suspended around six years ago for so-called “abnormal activities.” At that time, I was playing on my Samsung A6 Plus, and while I sometimes allowed a female friend to log in, I have never used cheats or engaged in any activity that would justify a permanent ban.
What frustrates me most is that I had invested heavily in my account. I spent over ₺10,000 on in-game purchases, regularly bought every new event package, and always logged in via my Facebook account. Since the suspension, I have tried repeatedly to log in using different devices and internet connections, but each attempt ends with the same warning: “Your account has been suspended due to abnormal activity.”
I reached out to Free Fire customer support, but all I ever received were automated responses. No one has properly reviewed my case or offered a solution. As a loyal player who has invested both time and money, I feel completely ignored and unfairly punished.
I am requesting that Garena re-examine my account in detail. If a full reinstatement is not possible, I ask that the permanent ban be converted to a temporary ban or a diamond restriction, at the very least. After years of being locked out, I want my efforts and financial contributions to be respected. This situation has caused me long-term frustration, and I urge the company to resolve this matter fairly and promptly.
