I Face Aim and Shooting Bug in Free Fire — Bullets Don’t Hit Targets

I’ve been playing Free Fire for about a week on my Android phone (Reeder S19 Pro Max), but recently I’ve been facing a serious gameplay issue that’s made it impossible to enjoy the game. During matches, when I shoot at opponents, the bullets don’t register — it feels as if they hit an invisible wall. Additionally, headshots don’t count, even when I land them perfectly. My internet connection is stable, yet I have to play almost every match under these same frustrating conditions.

My in-game ID is 5897*51. I’ve updated the game and adjusted my sensitivity settings multiple times, but the problem still persists — bullets continue to miss or pass above the target. I’ve spent approximately $500 USD on this game, and these ongoing technical issues have left me feeling deeply disappointed and unfairly affected.
