I Can’t Buy Diamonds or Membership in Free Fire Despite Sufficient Balance

I tried purchasing diamonds in Garena Free Fire for the first time and also planned to subscribe to a membership. However, even though I had enough money in my account, the transaction failed and the system gave me an error. I attempted the same process again using a different card, thinking the issue might be with my bank—but it still didn’t go through.

No matter which card I use, the payment keeps getting rejected, and I’m unable to complete the purchase. This is really frustrating, especially for a first-time user trying to support the game.

I’m asking the Free Fire support team to look into this issue as soon as possible. I have available funds and a valid payment method, yet the system keeps blocking my purchase. Please fix this issue promptly so I can buy diamonds and activate my membership without further delays.
