I Cannot Get Diamonds No Matter What I Do in Garena Free Fire

I've been playing Free Fire for a long time, and whenever I could, I bought things in the game to help it out. I've been attempting to get diamonds lately, but nothing I do seems to work. I even tried to get aid through the standard support channels, but I haven't gotten any real help. It seems like no one is paying attention to what I want. I know there are rules, but I'm just asking for something that gamers usually get during events or promotions. It might sound stupid to keep asking for "please give me diamonds," but it comes from a real effort to play the game. I'm pretty disappointed with how this has been handled and just want a fair answer.
