Free Fire Team Ban on Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G

I have been experiencing an issue for about a week while playing Free Fire Garena on my Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G. My Facebook-linked account (ID: 2072784071) has been restricted from creating or joining a team. On the game screen, I receive a notification titled “Violation Warning,” which states:
“We detected that you or your recent teammates violated our rules. You are banned from creating or joining a team until 07:48.”

However, I have not violated any rules whatsoever, and this is the first time I’ve encountered such a restriction.

I only use my own device, and I have never had any previous restrictions on my account. Every time I try to create or join a team, the same warning appears. I am even unable to play solo mode. Later, I realized that someone on my team may have been using cheats, but at that moment I wasn’t able to report it or take any action. I submitted a request through the in-game support section, but I did not receive any results.

I have made in-game purchases using my credit card on this account. I play the game from Hatay, usually using mobile data. I am requesting that this unfair restriction be removed as soon as possible.
