Hackers Ruin Free Fire Account by Triggering Cheat Ban

My Garena Free Fire account was stolen on March 12. While I was trying to recover my account, the people who stole it used cheats on the account and intentionally got it banned so that I would not be able to use it again. As a result, I currently cannot access my account at all. This was my only account, and I do not have any other accounts.

I was logging into my account via Facebook. On this account, I made many paid transactions, including diamond purchases, and I spent approximately $140–$164 in total on in-game purchases. Because I am underage, I spent almost all the money I had on this game.

I have never violated the game’s rules, and I have never used cheats or third-party software. I believe the ban was caused entirely by the cheat usage of the people who stole my account, not by me. If this issue is not resolved, I will be forced to quit the game completely, and all the money I spent and the years of effort I put into this account will be wasted.

My account ID is 251040**. I am requesting that my account be urgently reviewed, that it be determined that the cheats were used by the account thieves and not by me, and that the ban on my account be lifted. I want my account to be restored and my in-game progress and payments protected.
