I am an active Garena Free Fire player, and today my account was suspended indefinitely even though I did not commit any rule violation. My player ID number is 2027784421. Right before the suspension, I was playing a match with E**, and all of my in-game actions were completely normal.
Someone else occasionally logs into my account as well; however, neither I nor the other person using my account have ever used any unauthorized or rule-breaking software. My device also does not contain anything of that kind. Despite this, I only received a generic “Your account has been suspended” message, with no explanation or reason provided. I have not previously submitted a request to Garena or in-game support—this is the first time I am reporting the issue through any platform.
I recently purchased diamonds on this account and spent them in the game, and I have invested significant time and effort into it. Facing an indefinite suspension without any reason, even though I believe I have not violated any rules, has left me both frustrated and at a loss, as it feels like my money and hard work have gone to waste.
My request to Garena is that my account be thoroughly reviewed, and once it is confirmed that no rule violation has occurred, that my account with player ID 2027784421 be immediately reactivated. I also request a clear explanation regarding the reason for the suspension.
