I’ve been enjoying Garena Free Fire for quite a while, and suddenly my account got banned out of nowhere. I followed all the rules and never engaged in any dishonest behavior, yet I still lost access to my account, which I had invested both time and money into. It's incredibly frustrating that I can't locate a phone number for Garena Free Fire or any dependable method to reach their support team. I have reached out through the official channels, but the responses have been slow and unhelpful, leaving my issue unresolved. It feels like they overlook the players who invest actual money in the game. I would appreciate it if my account could be reviewed thoroughly and reinstated at the earliest opportunity.
