Garena Free Fire Resets Rank Without Warning or Penalty

I have been playing ranked matches for a long time on my Garena Free Fire account linked to my Facebook account, with the player ID 2573291682, and my account had reached the Master league. I do not use cheat panels, third-party software, or any prohibited tools in the game. I reached the Master league entirely through normal gameplay and my own effort.

On the morning of January 15, when I logged back into the game, I saw that my account’s rank tier had dropped to Bronze without any reason. I did not receive any penalty notification, nor was I given any warning regarding my account.

I have been unfairly affected by my Master league rank—achieved through hard work—being reset to Bronze without justification. I request that my account be reviewed in detail and that my rank tier be restored to its previous state, namely the Master league, if it was reduced unfairly.
