Garena Free Fire Refuses to Help After My Account Was Unbound From Google

I am a Free Fire player from Punjab, India, and I am writing about a serious issue with my Garena Free Fire account. About seven months ago, my Free Fire ID was hacked and the hacker unlinked my game account from my Google account. After that, a new Free Fire ID was automatically created on the same Google account, and I lost access to my original account, which has UID 3397974055.

On this hacked ID, I invested a lot of time and money, and I spent more than $27 on in-game purchases. I still have all purchase receipts that prove these transactions were made by me. Despite this, I am currently unable to access the account that I rightfully own.

I contacted Garena Free Fire customer support and reported the hacking incident, explaining that my account was unlinked from my Google account without my consent. However, the only response I received was that they cannot take responsibility and that protecting the account is my responsibility. This response is very disappointing because I am now left without access to an account where I invested both money and effort, even though I can provide receipts and the UID as proof of ownership.

I respectfully request that my original Free Fire account with UID 3397974055 be recovered and returned to me, or that a proper investigation be carried out using my purchase receipts and account details. I expect my case to be reviewed carefully and that a fair solution will be provided, as I do not want to lose the money and progress I invested due to this hacking incident.
