Garena Free Fire ID Was Suspended Without Reason

My Garena Free Fire account, which I use via Facebook login, was suspended around three months ago. When I try to log in, I receive the message: “There are abnormal activities with your account. It has been suspended.” I was never informed what these alleged abnormal activities are, and I have not knowingly violated any game rules or policies. After the suspension, I contacted Garena/Free Fire support and requested that they resolve the issue, but my problem is still not solved and my account remains suspended without a clear explanation. I request that my account be thoroughly reviewed and that this suspension be removed if no valid rule violation is found. I also expect a clear explanation of the reason for the suspension so that I can understand what happened and avoid any similar issue in the future.
