Garena Free Fire False Ban After Suspected Cheating in Match
I’ve been playing Free Fire for a long time and genuinely enjoy the game. Around February 1, 2026, while playing as usual, I was in a match where I couldn’t tell whether there was cheating on my team or the opposing team. After that match, instead of the cheaters being banned, my account was banned even though I have never used any cheats. I was informed that my account was placed under maintenance for 6 days.
As of February 6, 2026, once the maintenance period ended, I found that I could no longer join teams or even start a solo match. I can log into the game, but I’m unable to play team matches or Solo mode at all. To this day, I have not separately contacted customer support about this issue.
Even though I have never used any cheats, I believe I was unfairly banned. I truly love Free Fire, and especially playing together with my girlfriend is an important and enjoyable habit for me. I am requesting that this unjust ban be removed and that my account be fully restored so I can play the game again without any issues, just as I used to.
