Garena Free Fire Event Not Working, Unable to Claim Skins After Spending Diamonds

I participated in a Garena Free Fire event and loaded diamonds specifically to purchase skins, but I’ve been unable to claim them since yesterday. If I’m not able to claim the items, why was the event even launched? This has been frustrating after putting in the effort and spending money. If the event isn’t going to work properly, I expect a refund for the diamonds or my money back. Please fix this issue quickly, as I’ve been trying hard to obtain these items. I urge Garena Free Fire to resolve this problem and provide either the items or a refund for the diamonds I’ve spent.
