I Paid ₺50.99 for Free Fire Diamonds but Entered Wrong Note—No Diamonds Delivered
I attempted to purchase diamonds for Garena Free Fire by transferring ₺50.99 via Ziraat Bankası. However, due to a mistake on my part, I entered the wrong amount as ₺50 in the transfer and also typed the reference note incorrectly. As a result, the transaction was completed, the money was withdrawn from my account, but I never received the diamonds in the game.
The transfer was made directly to the IBAN listed for the purchase, and the exact time and date are clearly visible on the receipt I saved. I also have my Free Fire user ID that I used during the purchase process. Unfortunately, because the description was incorrect, the system didn’t match the payment to my account.
So far, I haven’t reached out to customer support, but I’m now officially requesting that this issue be corrected. I either need the diamonds loaded into my account as intended or the ₺50.99 refunded in full. I’ve provided all the relevant documentation and expect this to be resolved promptly. Mistakes happen, but I should not lose my money over a small transfer detail. Please act immediately.
