Garena Free Fire Ban Appeal for Abnormal Activities

I have been playing Garena Free Fire for about two years and recently my account was banned. At first, I received a temporary ban of one week for using a modifier, and I accepted this punishment and waited for the ban period to end. However, when I tried to log back into my account after the temporary ban should have expired, I was suddenly met with a permanent suspension message. The screen shows that my account has been suspended due to abnormal activities and “Reason for Ban: Disabling data upload.” This permanent ban was never clearly explained or notified in advance, and it is a much heavier penalty than the original one‑week ban that I was given. I contacted support about this but have not received any response so far. I would like my account to be reviewed in detail, including my previous one‑week ban and the later decision to make it permanent. My clear request is that you recheck this ban thoroughly and, if possible, lift the permanent suspension and restore my account.
