Free Fire Account Banned Over Alleged Modifier and Data Upload Violation

I am writing regarding my Free Fire account, which I access from an Android device and is registered in the Singapore region. My account has been suspended for a long time, and on the suspension screen it says that there are abnormal activities with my account and that it has been permanently banned. The reason shown is “Using a modifier / Disabling data upload”, but I have always tried to follow Garena’s Terms of Service and I have never intentionally used any unauthorized third‑party applications, cheats or modifications on this account. This account is very important to me and I have been using it for several years, so losing access is a serious issue for me. I kindly request that you re‑check the logs and activities of my account in detail, and if there has been any mistake, misunderstanding or system error, I ask that you restore my access and remove the suspension. If for any reason this is not possible, I would at least like a clear explanation of the exact reason and evidence for the ban decision. Thank you for your time and support.
