Dear Garena,
I have been a loyal Free Fire player for seven years, dedicating countless hours to this game since 2018. Until now, I have never had any major issues. In the past, problems were quickly identified and resolved. However, it now seems like there’s either an agreement preventing action or a complete lack of oversight. We, the honest players, are the ones suffering while cheaters continue undetected.
The current system doesn’t allow us to know who is using hacks, and even those participating in global tournaments remain silent. As a result, innocent players like me are unfairly penalized. I have built a career in this game, and I do not want it to be tarnished by an unjust ban.
I kindly request that my ban be reviewed and lifted as soon as possible. I hope you will handle this fairly and restore my access. Thank you for your understanding.
