Free Fire Account Ban Appeal for Ratan ff

I have been playing Free Fire on the India server for about two years and I have always respected the rules of the game. Around six months ago, my Free Fire account named “Ratan ff”, which is linked to my Facebook account, was permanently suspended for “Using a decoder”. I want to clearly state that I have never used any kind of hack, cheat, decoder, third‑party application or illegal tool on my account. I did not use any mod, emulator or suspicious software, and I did not intentionally do anything against your fair‑play policy. I have no previous punishments or warnings on this account. On the day my account was banned, I was in a match where the enemy team was obviously using hacks. I suspect that because of this situation, your system may have mistakenly detected me as a cheater as well and automatically suspended my account. I do not have extra proof like screenshots or payment records, but I have always played the game normally and honestly. I kindly request that you recheck all the logs and data of my account “Ratan ff” and review the suspension decision. I assure you that I will strictly follow all rules and regulations. Please give me one chance to get back my account by removing the suspension or at least lifting the permanent ban so that I can continue playing fairly on my old account. I am waiting for your positive response and a detailed explanation about this suspension decision.
