BMW iX50 Drivetrain Failure Leaves My Car Undriveable for 11 Days

I am the owner of a BMW iX50 living in Antakya, Hatay. On 2 October 2026, while the car was parked in front of my home, a “drivetrain fault” warning appeared on the screen and the vehicle became completely inoperable. On the same day, 2 October, the BMW dealer in Mersin took my car into their service. Since that first day my vehicle has remained with BMW and I have been left without a car and without any update or clear information about what is happening. I immediately contacted the BMW dealer in Mersin and brought the issue to their attention. They informed me that they need to wait for a technician from Istanbul, but despite 11 days having passed, I have received no clear explanation, no detailed information about the fault, and no solution. During this entire period, I have been left without a usable vehicle. For a premium brand like BMW, I find it unacceptable that a vehicle becomes inoperable while parked and that I am then made to wait this long without any transparent information or support, particularly while the car is already in the possession of the authorized service. I request that my vehicle be fully repaired under warranty as soon as possible and that a substitute vehicle be provided to me for the entire period my car is out of service, so that I am not left without transportation any longer.
