Free Fire UID Stolen Via Unauthorized Migration

I am a Free Fire player from Guatemala and my account UID: 199749243 linked to Facebook has been stolen through an unauthorized migration process, despite all my efforts to protect it and to report the situation in time. I am requesting that my original account and all its progress be restored to my Facebook login and that any access belonging to the hacker be completely removed. The theft began on January 21, 2026, when an attacker somehow accessed my active Facebook session, logged into Free Fire and went into the Garena Account Center. There, they linked their own recovery email and set up a 6‑digit security code without my consent. To make sure I could not intervene, the attacker removed the Garena connection from my Facebook settings under “Settings > Apps and Websites > Removed”, so I was not even aware that something serious was happening in the background. On February 5, 2026, after Garena’s 15‑day security period had expired, the hacker used the “Account Recovery” option to migrate all my progress to a new social network account (Google or VK) that they control. As a result, my Facebook is now only linked to a new Level 1 “bot” account, while my real, long‑term account with all my progress, items and purchases has been transferred away from me without my authorization. I have spent a significant amount of money on this account, with many diamond purchases over time, totaling more than 500 USD. This was an account I built patiently over a long period, and losing it in this way is extremely frustrating and unfair, especially because the attacker exploited the account recovery and migration system. I have contacted Garena support many times about this issue, explained the situation and asked for help, but so far I have only received negative, automated and dismissive responses that do not properly investigate my case. I feel that my explanations and the detailed timeline of the theft are being ignored, even though this is clearly a case of account theft via unauthorized migration. I kindly request that my original Free Fire account and all its progress be restored to my Facebook login, that the hacker’s access and any migrated links be completely revoked, and that my case be thoroughly reviewed instead of answered with generic automated messages. I am ready to provide any additional information or proof that you may need to verify my ownership and resolve this situation.
