Free Fire Support Not Resolving Hacked Account Complaint

I am writing to report that my Free Fire account has been hacked and I can no longer access it.

My Free Fire UID is 2031178596, and I normally log in through Facebook from Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh.

In 2026, I began noticing unusual activity on my account, which made it clear that someone else had gained access. Shortly afterward, I completely lost control of the account.

Since April 1, 2026, I have been unable to log in to this account at all.

I have already tried all the basic recovery steps and the standard methods suggested in the help section, but none of them have worked.

I also contacted Garena / Free Fire customer support and provided all the information and details they requested. Despite this, I have not received any clear solution. Either I did not receive a proper response, or I was asked again for additional information or documents, and even after following those instructions, I still have not been able to regain access.

I kindly request that my Free Fire account linked to UID 2031178596 and my Facebook login be recovered and returned to me, and that any unauthorized changes, purchases, or activities carried out by the hacker be reversed as much as possible.

I ask that my case be reviewed carefully and that you help secure and restore my account so I can continue using it safely.
