I am a Free Fire player from Nigeria, and I am writing about a serious security issue with my account. The recovery Gmail address connected to my Free Fire account has been stolen by someone I do not know, and since last week I have completely lost access to that email account.
Because of this, I cannot remove the stolen recovery email or replace it with a new one, even though I can still log in to Free Fire using my main login method.
I have spent a significant amount of money on this account, and I am currently at Prime Level 4, so losing control of the account would be a major loss for me.
As soon as I realized that the recovery email had been stolen, I contacted Garena/Free Fire support and reported the issue. However, I have not received any real solution so far, and the stolen recovery email is still linked to my account.
I kindly request that you secure my account by removing the stolen recovery Gmail address and allow me to add a new and secure recovery email that I control.
I want to protect my account and the money I have invested in it, and I am ready to provide any information or proof necessary to verify that I am the rightful owner of the account.
