Epic Games Charged Me for Infinity Nikki Cosmetics but Never Delivered
I purchased in-game cosmetics for the game Infinity Nikki through Epic Games. On February 1, $14 was charged to my card. I have both the bank receipt and the authorization code for the transaction. Despite this, the content I purchased was never credited to my account, meaning I neither received the service nor a refund.
I have been contacting Epic Games support for days to resolve this issue. Each time, they claim that no money was charged to my card and end the conversation without giving clear answers or providing any real assistance. I have also spoken with my bank multiple times, and they have definitively confirmed that the payment was processed from my card and sent to Epic Games. Even with clear bank records showing the transaction, Epic Games refusing to take responsibility has left me at a disadvantage.
I request that Epic Games thoroughly investigate the $14 transaction made on February 1 using the bank receipt and authorization code, and either credit the Infinity Nikki in-game cosmetic item to my account or issue a full refund of $14.
