Free Fire Account Hacked - No Access

I have an issue with my Free Fire account that is linked to all of my platforms, including Facebook. My in-game name on this hacked account is “KANENI 1M” and the account was around level 72. I noticed that I can no longer access my account and I believe it has been hacked and taken over without my permission. I cannot recall the exact date when this happened because it was some time ago while I was still in school, but since then I have not been able to log in and use the account. I tried to get support, but I cannot even access the official Garena Free Fire support website, so I have been unable to submit a proper ticket through their system. Because of this, I am stuck without a way to prove ownership or request help directly on their page. I kindly request that my Free Fire account be recovered and that I be given access back to it. I also ask that the necessary security checks be carried out and the account be protected so that this situation does not happen again.
