I Was Charged Bonus Card Fee Unfairly
On August 20, 2025, I noticed that a fee of ₺841 was charged to my Garanti Bank Bonus credit card as an annual card fee. After discovering this, I contacted customer service and requested a refund. However, I was told that the fee would only be refunded if I kept my card open for nine months, and otherwise, the amount would be taken back. Since I am considering closing my card, this condition does not seem fair to me, and I am requesting the fee to be refunded unconditionally. My card is still active, and my customer number/the last 4 digits of my card are 5945. I kindly ask that this issue be resolved quickly and without conditions.
