Garanti BBVA Charged Me Despite Promising No Annual Fee for My Bonus Platinum Card
I am a Garanti Bonus Platinum customer. As a result of my conversations with customer representatives, I was informed that if I continued using my credit card, no annual fee would be charged, and in the event of such a charge, I could request a refund by contacting the bank. Despite this, a credit card annual fee of ₺762.50 was charged to my statement on September 13, 2024. I request that this fee be refunded to my credit card ending in 5407 **** **** 2012. Otherwise, I will prefer to work with institutions that adhere to their promises to their customers and will initiate the necessary legal actions regarding this matter.
