My Garanti BBVA Bonus Card Hit with Unexpected Annual Fee

Despite having no outstanding balance on my Bonus credit card, which I've actively used for four years, Garanti BBVA has suddenly charged me a ₺583 annual fee. This fee was imposed without any prior notification, as the bank apparently renewed my contract without informing me.
When I called to request a cancellation of this fee, they offered to load ₺500 in reward points as if it were some kind of benefit. They're also refusing to close my account unless I pay this ₺583 fee that I was arbitrarily charged.
While many banks offer discounts and advantages to their customers, Garanti BBVA seems intent on indebting theirs. I've been unable to resolve this complaint through customer service. It's inconceivable to charge a ₺583 annual fee on a credit card with a ₺2,000 limit.
This practice of renewing contracts and charging fees without customer consent is unacceptable. I'm seeking a resolution to this unfair charge and a review of Garanti BBVA's policies regarding annual fees and contract renewals.
