I Had Trouble Closing My Credit Card
On April 18, 2025, I requested through Garanti Bank’s customer service phone line that my credit card linked to the Hakkari branch (last 4 digits: 4023) be closed. Even though there is no debt, automatic payment order, or installment transaction on the card, it has still not been closed after about 15–20 days. During this period, when I contacted customer service again, I was told the process would be completed, but no progress has been made. I request that my card be closed immediately and my grievance resolved.
