About a year and a half ago, I fully paid off my Aynalı Bonus credit card debt from Garanti Bank Suadiye Branch. After making the payment, I submitted the closure letter I received from Dünya Varlık company to the branch. However, despite all this time passing, Garanti Bank’s system still shows me as having an outstanding debt. I have repeatedly contacted both customer service and the branch, but no one has helped, and I’ve been constantly dismissed. Because the system still shows me as indebted even though my debt is fully paid, my credit score hasn’t improved, and I’m unable to get a credit card from any other bank. I request that my debt closure be promptly updated in the system and that my grievance be resolved.
About 1.5 years ago, my credit card debt from Garanti Bank Suadiye Branch was transferred to Dünya Varlık Company. I fully paid off my debt through Dünya Varlık Company and received a clearance letter from them. Also, my case was closed in the UYAP system. I personally delivered the clearance letter to the Suadiye Branch and also sent it by fax.
However, when I tried to apply for a credit card from another bank 2 months ago, I realized that I was still shown as indebted in the Garanti Bank system. During this process, I called customer service multiple times, went to the branch again, and even contacted the regional directorate. Every time, I was told, 'These people will call you,' but I was just put off, and no one got back to me and the problem was not resolved.
I have the clearance letter obtained from Dünya Varlık Company. I request that my debt be completely removed from the Garanti Bank system and that I be given an official letter. I want my grievance to be resolved as soon as possible.
