Garanti BBVA Verified My Shopping Points but Refuses to Credit Them Since June
I’m having a problem with Garanti Bank about the points I got from my online shopping in May. I reached out to them when my points didn’t show up in June, and after they looked into it, they confirmed my points were valid. But ever since then, I haven't been able to upload any new points, and it's quite frustrating. They keep calling me to sign up for a credit card and push me to spend, but when it’s time to give me the points they promised, they just don’t come through. It seems unfair and not honest at all. I believed in what the bank was advertising, but now it looks like they’re not delivering on what they said. I'm hoping to get this sorted out quickly.
