Garanti BBVA Bonus Campaign Promises Not Fulfilled
Between May 1 and May 31, 2024, Garanti Bankası advertised that spending 1,500₺ with a Bonus card would earn a 250₺ Bonus. I joined the campaign via the BonusFlaş app and made the necessary purchases. The app indicated I had earned the 250₺ bonus, which was supposed to be credited in June. When no bonus appeared, I contacted live support on June 10, 2024, only to be told by a representative that my participation was invalid because I had made installment payments. Nowhere in the promotion does it state that installment payments are not allowed. This is absurd. I fulfilled my part by spending 1,500₺, yet Garanti Bankası failed to deliver on their promise. This experience has been highly disappointing, and I will cancel my credit card and never use their services again.
