Garanti BBVA’s Wrong Guidance Damaged My Credit Record
I was informed by Garanti BBVA that no “legal follow-up” record had been created on my credit card and that nothing would appear in the system. I was also told that my credit profile would return to normal within a few months. However, my Findeks report still shows a follow-up record related to Garanti BBVA, and all my credit applications at other banks are now being rejected because of this. I have been misled and financially affected due to incorrect information. I request an urgent review and correction of this record.
