Garanti BBVA Pressures Me Over My Restructured Debt Despite Paying Most of It
I restructured my debt with Garanti BBVA and have already paid 90 percent of it. However, an employee named E*** continues to speak to me in an arrogant and disrespectful manner, threatening to transfer the case to a lawyer. As a customer who has fulfilled the majority of my payment obligations, I find this behavior completely unacceptable. Instead of assisting me in resolving the issue, this employee is applying pressure and making threats, which is not appropriate for a reputable bank like Garanti BBVA. A professional institution should ensure its employees are trained to handle customer interactions with respect and professionalism. I request an immediate review of this employee’s actions and expect Garanti BBVA to take a more solution-oriented and transparent approach. If this issue is not addressed, I will pursue my legal rights and escalate the matter further. I expect a prompt response regarding this complaint.
