Garanti BBVA Charged Unauthorized ₺700 Fee on My Bonus Gold Credit Card

I just ran into a problem with Garanti Bankası about an unauthorized charge of around ₺700 on my Bonus Gold credit card. This went down after my workplace switched banks.
