Garanti BBVA Charged Unauthorized ₺700 Fee on My Bonus Gold Credit Card

I just ran into a problem with Garanti Bankası about an unauthorized charge of around ₺700 on my Bonus Gold credit card. This went down after my workplace switched banks. As a long-time customer, I can't help but feel frustrated that I wasn't notified by phone or message about this card fee. It just seems unfair to me. I reached out to Garanti Bankası to cancel my card and asked for a refund of the fee, but I haven't seen any progress yet.
