Garanti Bank Made Me Open an Account Before Refusing My Loan

I applied for an interest-free loan at Garanti Bank in Türkiye. While all other banks inform me whether they can grant a loan before opening an account, Garanti Bank did not provide any information about membership and only told me they couldn’t grant a loan after I had already signed up, which feels like a business scam. Their goal was simply to make me open an account at their bank, and I even received a message telling me to go to the branch. They could have informed me of this before I opened an account.
