I put in 100 dollars into Garanti Bank's ATM at around 5:00 PM on April 28, 2024. Unfortunately, the machine showed a "money stuck" message, and I couldn't get my 100 dollars back. They promised to resolve the issue within a week. I'm wondering, if the funds are inaccessible, how is the ATM able to function? Additionally, I have some concerns regarding the potential interest charges for the duration of the 7-day period during which my funds are inaccessible. I trust that Garanti Bank will handle this situation in a just manner.
