I'm facing a problem as ₺36,000 of my money is currently trapped in a Garanti BBVA ATM. I have expenses that need to be taken care of, and I've been informed that it will require 7 business days to resolve the matter. I urgently need help as I will face severe financial difficulties if I am unable to access my funds. They insist that there's nothing they can do and seem to have a rather unhelpful mindset.
