I'm Demanding a Refund After GAP's Courier Never Delivered My Order
About nine days ago, I received a "shipped" notification on June 25, 2026, for t-shirts and a few children's items included in an online order I placed with GAP Turkey. However, despite all this time having passed, delivery to my address in Bursa has not been made, and my products still haven't reached me.
During this process, when I tried to reach the shipping company by phone, I couldn't get any response at all. I also contacted GAP Turkey customer service; they told me the issue would be resolved, but I haven't received any concrete result so far, and delivery still hasn't happened.
Being put in this difficult position for such a long time over an order totaling approximately $150 worth of products, on top of having also been charged a shipping fee, has seriously disappointed me. My order number is 3273449213017231. I am requesting that my products be delivered to my address as soon as possible, or if that's not possible, that my order be canceled and the full amount, including the shipping fee, be refunded.
