I Paid for Valorant E-PINs on GamerMarkt but Didn’t Receive the Codes for Hours

I placed an order for Valorant E-PINs on GamerMarkt, expecting quick delivery as advertised. However, it’s been hours, and I still haven’t received the codes. I had planned to use them for in-game purchases, but now I’m stuck waiting while my money has already been deducted from my account.

I tried using the live chat support, but it’s just a bot that provides no real help. I also submitted a support request, but no one has responded. This kind of delay is unacceptable, especially for digital products that should be delivered instantly.

I urgently request that my Valorant codes be delivered immediately. If not, I expect a full refund of the amount taken. I paid for a service that I didn’t receive—GamerMarkt needs to fix this now.
