It's as if the account has either been deleted or reclaimed—but I have no way of knowing because GamerMarkt isn't providing clear answers.
Their support told me they couldn’t find evidence that the account was reclaimed, but that doesn’t solve my problem. If this is a known risk, why isn’t it stated clearly before purchase? And if they can’t resolve issues like this, why advertise a secure buyer guarantee?
