I Lost Access to the Valorant Account I Bought on GamerMarkt After Just 2 Days

I bought a Valorant account from gamermarkt.com, but just 2 days later, I lost access completely. When I try to log in, it says the password is incorrect, and I never received any email to reset it. It's as if the account has either been deleted or reclaimed—but I have no way of knowing because GamerMarkt isn't providing clear answers.

Their support told me they couldn’t find evidence that the account was reclaimed, but that doesn’t solve my problem. If this is a known risk, why isn’t it stated clearly before purchase? And if they can’t resolve issues like this, why advertise a secure buyer guarantee?

I paid good money for this account, and now it’s gone within days. This is unacceptable. Is it really normal for purchased accounts to vanish in under a week?

I’m seriously considering running ads warning others not to shop on this platform. I expect GamerMarkt to either recover the account or refund the full amount.
