My Valorant Account Was Retrieved or Deleted – No Access After 2 Days
I purchased a Valorant account from gamermarkt.com, but just two days later, I lost access. The password suddenly stopped working, and I didn't receive any email for a password change or recovery. It's as if the account has either been reclaimed by the original owner or completely deleted. This kind of possibility was never mentioned beforehand, and now I'm being told that there's no evidence the account was retrieved — which seems like a way to avoid responsibility. If this issue can't be resolved or guaranteed, then why is the site even offering a "safe and guaranteed" purchase promise? Is it really normal for purchased accounts to disappear within a few days? If so, customers deserve to know that in advance. I am seriously considering running ads warning people not to buy from this platform due to this unacceptable experience. Gamermarkt’s handling of this situation is beyond disappointing.
