GamerMarkt Failed to Resolve My Reclaimed Valorant Account Dispute
On February 4, 2025 (11:44 PM), March 1, 2025 (1:01 AM), and May 5, 2025 (10:25 PM), I purchased a total of three Valorant accounts through GamerMarkt. These purchases were made under order numbers #931731, #924984, and #940898, respectively. After the purchases, all three accounts were eventually reclaimed by the seller, leaving me with no access to any of them.
After losing access to the accounts, I contacted GamerMarkt Support numerous times regarding the issue. My cases were handled under support ticket numbers #105067, #113333, and #101587. Despite months of correspondence, the process was repeatedly delayed, and I never received a clear explanation or a meaningful resolution. Although I permanently lost access to the products I paid for, no refund has been issued.
At the time of purchase, I paid approximately $158 (original purchase price: ₺7,500) for these three accounts. Today, their combined market value is approximately $295 (original estimated value: ₺14,000), based on the current exchange rate of roughly 47.4 TRY per USD. In addition to my financial loss, I have also spent months waiting without a resolution, resulting in a significant loss of time and trust.
To resolve this matter without further delay, I request a full refund of the total amount I paid for all three accounts, with no deductions of any kind. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will exercise my legal rights by filing complaints with the appropriate consumer protection authorities and pursuing all other available legal remedies.
