GamerMarkt Repossessed My Valorant Accounts Despite Warranty and No Refund
A total of four of my Valorant accounts were repossessed after I purchased them through Gamermarkt. Most recently, for order #1000686, the account was repossessed just nine days after I purchased it. However, there was a 14-day warranty. I made the purchase from Istanbul, topping up my balance with a credit card, and paid ₺13,800 for this transaction. I paid approximately ₺30,000 in total for all accounts. After the accounts were repossessed, I contacted Gamermarkt customer service. They stated that the matter had been referred to a legal firm; however, they also told me that similar lawsuits had been filed in three similar cases I had previously experienced, and a month later, I have received no response. To date, I have received no redress. I demand the return of my accounts, or if not possible, a refund of the total amount I paid, and that they prevent me from making any further purchases. I expect this issue to be resolved swiftly.
Currently, they say there is no issue with the seller for one of the four accounts and they are not issuing a refund, but the strange thing is that they do not accept accounts purchased from other sites, and they know the person who first registered the account on the site and are communicating with them. So, 5000 TL is wasted. In short, do not get involved in buying or selling Valorant accounts in any way, there is no guarantee at all (my 14-day warranty was still valid).
