Hello, I'll provide a detailed account of the issue, hoping for a quick resolution. On November 2, 2023, October 29, 2023, January 2, 2023, and September 20, 2023, I conducted Valorant account sales through Gamermarkt. A week ago, I received a message stating that all four different accounts I had sold were reclaimed. I contacted the person I sold the accounts to, and one was returned because they feared legal action; however, the other accounts were not returned to me.
Although Gamermarkt specifies in their sales agreement that, besides the original account owner, no one else can reclaim the account, I am being held responsible even though I am not the first owner of these accounts. Moreover, after selling these accounts for several months without any issues, I believe it is not my concern once the sale is complete.
Additionally, a single account I sold for ₺5,040 is now being resold for three times that amount. The total sales for four accounts amounted to ₺15,069, but they are demanding ₺23,000 from me. There were no issues when I sold them; it was only later that the original owners reclaimed the accounts, putting me in this situation.
Furthermore, Gamermarkt's sales agreement requires specific information, including the birthdate, T.C. (Turkish citizenship) number, first skin, first agent, and additional personal details used during the account creation, making it impossible for me to reclaim the accounts.
If this issue is not resolved, I will share the details leading up to the legal process. I advise against making purchases from Gamermarkt.
